Educational Review: Research and Innovation (ERRI)

Educational Review: Research and Innovation (ERRI) is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of authors while promoting the widest possible dissemination of scholarly knowledge. The journal supports open-access publishing and ensures that published research remains freely accessible to educators, researchers, policymakers, and the global academic community.

All articles published in ERRI are made permanently available under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). This licensing model enables the non-commercial use and distribution of published research while preserving the rights of authors and ensuring appropriate attribution.

Copyright Ownership

Authors retain full copyright of their published work. By submitting and publishing an article in Educational Review: Research and Innovation (ERRI), authors grant the journal the non-exclusive right of first publication and the right to publish, reproduce, archive, preserve, index, and disseminate the work in both electronic and other media formats.

Authors are free to reuse, distribute, and archive their published articles for academic, educational, research, and other non-commercial purposes, provided that the original publication in ERRI is properly acknowledged.

License to Publish

All published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). Under this license, readers and users are permitted to:

  • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
  • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the published work.
  • Use the material for educational, scholarly, research, and other non-commercial purposes.

These permissions are granted provided that:

  • Appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and ERRI as the original publisher.
  • The material is not used for commercial purposes.
  • Any modifications or adaptations are clearly identified.
  • The integrity and scholarly meaning of the original work are preserved.

Author Warranties

By submitting a manuscript to ERRI, the corresponding author confirms on behalf of all authors that:

  • The manuscript is original and has not been previously published.
  • The manuscript is not under consideration by another journal or publisher.
  • All listed authors have made substantial scholarly contributions and approve the submitted version.
  • The manuscript does not infringe any copyright, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights of third parties.
  • All copyrighted materials, figures, tables, images, datasets, or other reproduced content have been used with appropriate permission and acknowledgment.
  • All ethical requirements for research involving human participants, educational institutions, or other relevant subjects have been fulfilled where applicable.

The corresponding author accepts responsibility for communication with the editorial office throughout the editorial and publication process.

Author Reuse Rights

Authors are encouraged to maximize the visibility of their research. After publication, authors may:

  • Deposit the published article in institutional or subject repositories.
  • Share the article through personal or institutional websites.
  • Include the article in books, dissertations, conference proceedings, or teaching materials.
  • Distribute the article to students and colleagues for educational purposes.
  • Share the article through scholarly networking platforms in accordance with the journal's Open Access Policy.

Proper citation of the original publication in ERRI must accompany all redistributed versions.

User Rights

Under the CC BY-NC 4.0 License, users are permitted to:

  • Read, download, copy, print, and distribute published articles.
  • Link to the full text of articles without requesting permission.
  • Reuse figures, tables, and other published materials for non-commercial academic purposes.
  • Create derivative educational materials with appropriate attribution.
  • Cite and incorporate published findings into future scholarly work.

Commercial reuse requires prior written permission from the copyright holder where applicable.

Editorial Rights

ERRI reserves the right to perform copyediting, language editing, formatting, typesetting, metadata enhancement, and other minor editorial modifications necessary to improve readability, consistency, and compliance with the journal's publication standards.

No substantial changes affecting the scientific content, interpretation, or conclusions of an accepted manuscript will be made without the knowledge and approval of the corresponding author.

Digital Preservation and Accessibility

To ensure the long-term preservation and accessibility of scholarly content, ERRI archives all published articles through reliable digital preservation systems and maintains complete metadata for indexing, discoverability, and permanent citation.

Each published article receives a persistent Digital Object Identifier (DOI), ensuring permanent accessibility and accurate scholarly referencing.

No Royalty Policy

Authors retain copyright but agree that no royalties or financial compensation shall be payable by the journal for publication, distribution, archiving, or lawful non-commercial use of their work under the applicable Creative Commons license.

Any applicable Article Processing Charge (APC) is intended solely to support editorial management, peer review, production, DOI registration, and long-term digital preservation, and does not constitute payment for copyright transfer.
